The "VDF type" is a vibration-type continuous fluidized bed dryer and cooler in which the entire drying section performs vertical linear vibrations. Due to the effect of vibration, it is possible to reduce the fluidization air velocity, allowing for the selection of an optimal air volume. It can transport non-fluidized coarse particles, preventing quality degradation due to retention. With the assistance of vibration, a dense and gentle fluidized bed is formed, preventing particle breakage and wear.
